WELCOME TO LONGFORD VILLAGE – DERBYSHIRE

Longford Parish comprises approx 135 households with 270 people appearing on the electoral role. We have 25 miles of footpaths which are audited and maintained by volunteers. We also have a small group of volunteers who maintain the churchyard and generally try to keep the village in a neat and tidy state.

Longford has managed to retain it’s original appearance with very little new housing development. It truly is still an unspoiled village
